I have relocated from Sydney and I am now running my business on the Sunshiine Coast of Queensland

Post Covid update

Whilst Covid is obviously still a massive issue for the world, the post vax adjustments towards a return to normality are slowly happening.

To this end, I have relocated to the Sunshine Coast of Queensland and will resume my business there.

I am available again for my Personal Trainer upskill course, guest talks, and exercise prescription from beginner to Elite Athlete.
